The big man Steve Howard continued his impressive run of form after storming away with the man of the match award against Hartlepool, thanks in no small part to his two goals scored on the evening. Howard's rating eclipsed the entire team with debutant keeper Mark Bunn impressing enough to be voted City's second best player whilst Bruno Berner marked his return to the starting eleven by also making the top three.
Lloyd Dyer again was voted as flop of the match and whilst full backs Joe Mattock and Michael Morrison didn't have the best of games there was still a comfortable cushion between them and Dyer.
