No choice. Davies and Vitor both injured. This will have to be a Keegan style game - 'just score more goals than they do'.

I cannot see us keeping a clean sheet with Hobbs and Morrison. But very happy if I am proved wrong.

Could be an important game in terms of out aspirations for transfer targets. We either get closer to the playoff places, or closer to the bottom three and less attractive to potential targets.

How will putting in an untested and inexperienced youth team player in the heart of our defence going to remotely help things? It's times like this that you need players who are able to dig in and scrap for a win, and while Morrison and Hobbs aren't an ideal partnership at the minute, they're currently the best we have.

Yeah but he's at least made some cameo appearances for Man City and they clearly rate him highly enough to keep him on their books, it's hardly the same as Parkes. He doesn't seem to have done anything during his loans to Burton and Yeovil that suggests he could slot straight into our first team, especially for such an important and tough away game.

Anyway, it's a bit of a moot point - isn't he currently out on loan?
