i wouldn't let Paddy look after my pets....

when i was on holibobs in case he forgot he was supposed to feed them or something...seems as if he is a forgetful bloke!!

my mate Kelly works at the Land rover place just round from Filbo Street, and most of the players seem to have cars from LR which obviously need servicing every so often. anyways,on the day of the Inter match Paddy aws having his Freelander sorted out and brought the car in,was given a courtesy car and left....bout twenty minutes later he rang up "i've left my kids pushchair in the back of the car" "thats ok sir,we'll get it out for you to come back and pick it up"
so he turns up,takes the pushchair,and the other reception asks him if that's everything he needs from the car...

yep that's all.....


twenty minutes later another phone call from Paddy....."i've left my house keys in the car"....


DOH!!

[Sorry for the late reply, it has taken me days to register on this forum!]

Well, in his defence:

a) it took him *only* 20 minutes to realise his mistake (each time!)
b) he did not forget behind anything REALLY important (such as baby)
c) it was a match day, so he may have been preoccupied
d) I understand that he had some kind of an injury

Therefore, I would be very happy for Paddy to look after my pets (or indeed anything else he might want to look after for me!)

PS: just as well I don't have any children :icon_lol:
