Ice Packs or similar

Anybody know where I could buy an Ice Pack for my foot?
I have used frozen peas but they just ain't doing the trick. :icon_lol:

I saw years ago a support thing that you filled with ice and wrapped around your foot but can't seem to find anything now.

Help appreciated.

Not much help to you now, but my missus bought two directly from a sports physio she went to for treatment. Maybe worth ringing up your local one to see if they will sell you one - the proper ones really are good, better than the peas anyhow!

My missus bought home two sports physios when she went for treatment. She soon forgot about her poorly ankle but they must have hurt her judging by the moaning that was going on in the room they were using
