Might be worth sticking him on the bench at Burnley. If he's good enough he's old enough (unless your name is Micky Adams, who thinks the saying is 'if you're old, you're good enough').

He's probably a long way off from being ready for the first team, and I wouldn't suggest giving him a start yet. But I think we should always have at least one youngster on the bench, and maybe he could have the same impact Julian Joachim had when he came into the team as a 17 year old.

Or Maybe Chris O'Grady could be given a chance on the bench. He was crap at Notts County but apparently he's improved a lot since coming back.

I am genuinely very worried about this whole thing. Dodds seems to score every week...but is perhaps too inexperienced for the shite we have put ourselves in! That type of pressure so early in the lads career could ruin him!

Still, as you say, he might be able to do a job in the last 20 or so minutes of a game!
