He was playing for some mid table Belgian side last season, so I wouldn't be suprised if he was willing to play division one.

Stepanovs has been outstanding so far in the tournament. He didn't do too bad at Arsenal, he had one bad game against Manchester United, and that has dragged him down ever since. Not his fault he was playing alongside Gilles Grimandi that day. :roll:

good points, but he is released by Arsenal, they dont want or rate him. We must get this sort of quality if we have any aspirations for next season.
