anyone know if you can easily get audio onto ipods?

idod nano though, none of your fancy iphone malarky, i'm sure there's an iplayer for the iphone (?)

failing that, sod it, what do i need to *tape* off an iplayer to an mp3 format (or something similar)

You can use it to record, and edit, any audio input on your PC.
It'll depend on the sound card you have and the outputs available from your hifi if you want to record vinyl.

If you are using a mac then I recomend a programme called "I record Music" it records radio programmes (including the iplayer) and dumps them in a special playlist on iTunes. You can even set it to record programmes like a sky+ box. but it is mac based.
