i reckon milan will go for a more proven manager then martin allen

The longer it drags on the more i'm thinking he has something done and dusted, it just can't be announced until after the playoffs.

I am not so sure, I think MM has genuinely been patient waiting to see who was going to become available before making his decision, I firmly believe that now Warnock has come onto the market he is Milan's number one choice and will be unveiled by early next week.

Ince, Coleman and Worthington would have been appointed by now IMO, if they were his preferred choice. Jewell has declared that he will take at least 6 months out of the game, whilst it seems increasingly likely that Billy Davies will stay with Derby, who for me was the only viable target of all the managers with teams competing in the play offs.

Plus when you add that to the fact that Warnock was offered the job of keeping Pompey in the premiership by Milan, then it stands to reason that Milan would be keen to have Warnock spearhead his latest bid for the premiership.
