I notice on another board that one shareholder with£50K has said he will vote NO

One shareholder with £100k or more to say no and we are buggered.

MM has said unless he gets a 90% vote in favour he will have to think seriously about walking away.

Less than 90% would mean he does not have overall control and would have a fight on his hands to get the rest. Obviously he would not be investing his money for other shareholders to share in any eventual profit.

I hope that should this happen we can find out who it was and their address.....................

Something wrong with your maths there.

Currently around £6.5 million in shares, so it would need £650,000+ to say no to stop MM getting control.

If there are 6,500,000 shares MM needs 51% to have overall control which is 3,250,000. He will gain total control if 90% of the shares are voted in his favour. Then, in law, he can compulsory purchase the remaining 10% of shares at the formal offer price.
The rumour is that he will walk away if more than 10%, 650,000 shares, are voted NO against him.

The board who have backed the bod represent 30% plus david wilson and lineker and your looking at over 40% already
