January February
I don't understand,
Why it is you say you're leaving
Then you turn around

January, February, March, April, May
I see you cryin' but girl I can't stay...

It's a ong long time from may to december

Lets just see how it goes when autumn leaves turn to gold

Some people have questioned my term "championship level". To me a player is championship level if he is of a quality to keep a team in the championship and not get relegated. I believe that players like Dany and Dyer are at that level and IMO if we had had them on the wing two seasons ago we would have escaped relegation. However, to get in the top six requires rhat a large proportion of the team are better than that - I would certainly put Wellens and Howard in that category. I know some people would disagree but I would also put Fryatt. I do not put any of the current first team as Premiership quality - i.e. good enough to enable a team to survive in the Premiership the way that for instance West Brom have found so difficult. I will be delighted if the players prove me wrong.

Well, we've only played 6 games in the Championship, I think the team have plenty of time left to show you what they are capable of in the Championship, because we are no longer in div 1, or the Premiership, but the Championship.
Get the drift...:102:

Yes. But I want us to be in the Premiership and surviving there as soon as we can. I would guess that is the aim of Nigel and Milan as well. I have not given up hope of going up this year although I think it will be extremely difficult.
In my lifetime Leicester have had two long periods in the top division under Jimmy Bloomfield and Martin O'Neill. I am very impressed by Nigel Pearson and believe we will get there in the next few years. After all Stoke, Burnley and Wigan have got there.
Our one season in League One should never cause us to be relieved we are in the Championship. Ten years ago we were in the Premiership and had a team that the Arsenels, Manchesters and Liverpools did not relish playing.

Cheers Alex. Wonderful track, wonderful. I have now got to find and play it. :038:
Ha! That was the first thing I thought on seeing the thread title, but decided it would be way too obscure to mention.

I saw them on stage once (in Gloucester, of all places). They were excellent. It was only a few days after I passed my driving test. We didn't get tickets in advance, just in case I failed my test. There were plenty left on the door, apparently. Of course, it was sold out when we arrived, but we hung around looking pathetic, begging, until someone took pity on us and let us in the back door :icon_bigg.

:038: They practically invented Green Day, I tell thee.
