They both had a careful look at him but decided he was too fast for the rest of the squad - he is the third fastest man on earth you know.

The big problem for both Barca and Madrid is that basically their pitches are not long enough for him - he would have been through the advertising boards in about 6 seconds from the kick off.

I wonder if anyone at the club has yet calcaluated how much money was wasted last summer in terms of susequent pay offs; fees to players, clubs, agents; wasted wages on useless players etc?

I think so.

I think a lot of people misguidedly think that Milan is mega rich. He is well off by most standards but not one of the new breed of billionaires. I doubt whether he will be content just to see all this waste and do nothing
