He is obviously a very upbeat and confident guy normally. I just hope Milan and the people around him can keep him being positive until we start to win the games we need to stay up.

Personally, I think that this club has some serious underlying problems that go deeper than we're probably all aware of. How can decent players not play well for us?

I thought MM was spot on. I just hope he's talking truth. All about sticking with Ollie, stability and planning already for next season, which 'must' be in the Championship 'at least'!

It is a great puzzle.

I can't readily recall any previous time when so many changes have been made over the sort of period that applies here - without seeming to have any impact on the level of performances.

Is it because the players and coaching staff are not prepared to look the situation in the eye - recognise that they are an appalling let down - and start to make a fresh effort?
