Leicester City defender Darren Kenton has today (Thursday) joined Leeds United for a one-month loan period.
The 29-year-old becomes the second City player to leave the Foxes on a temporary deal this week - with Jonny Hayes joining Northampton Town earlier in the week.
Leicester boss Ian Holloway has so far recruited five new players during the January window - Ben Alnick, Steve Howard, Barry Hayles, Zsolt Laczko and Gabor Bori.
Kenton has made six starts for the Foxes this season - his last coming in the 2-0 defeat at the hands of Southampton last weekend.
He has taken on a host of roles on the pitch since joining the club in June 2006 - including centre-half, centre-midfield and right-back.
His loan move will run until February 12 2008.
