Correct. He is a nice player. Only problem with him seems to be a 'nagging' doubt about his temperament. My impression was that he fancied himself as a big time Charlie. I vaguely remember him being dropped from the first team for going on a birthday weekend bash after being told not to by Dave Jones, which seems to tie in with the Southend story.
If you can tame him, you'll be very happy with his ability. Fast, strong and good ball skills. Will need strong management though.
 
i think he will do well under NP, NP is the kind of no nonsense type of manager so i think he will be not fear to drop players, we need a pacey right back with strong physical skills, something that Stearman was lacking

Yes, but he'll probably play on the left as Pearson is forced to obey the 'Leicester City managers must play at least one player out of position' law that was passed a few years ago.

Can he play both left and right back?
 
Formally of Arsenal....was on loan at Southend. Did really well at Southend but Arsenal recalled him. Southend is My second team so have a bit of inside info. Would be a good addition in my opinion.

He only played 6 games for Southend in half a season, and Arsenal didn't recall him, his loan ended.

The Southend fans on one site I looked at weren't impressed with him, and their official site said he was dropped after "a number of indifferent performances.".

So maybe you're thinking of someone else?
