It's a pity common sense didn't prevail on Saturday. Another diabolical decision, following the Ipswich debacle, that has caused irreparable damage to our season.

Surely with the number of red cards being rescinded this season the argument for a fourth official with a video replay is hard to counter.

Incapable referees and inept linesmen. Cnuts.

To be fair I thought the sending off for West Brom a few weeks ago was harsh, and that effectively gained us 3 points as we had looked a shambles up until that point. Swings and roundabouts...

To be fair I thought the sending off for West Brom a few weeks ago was harsh

The comparison between the two incidents could hardly be greater. In the one, we have two players running along beside each other when one falls down - in the other, we had a player needing several minutes of trainer's attention after being scythed down in a late challenge.

The WBA was well-deserved and if they lost the match because of it, that's their problem.
