Based on what? The missuses cousin had 3 kids by the time she was 21/22 and got all the "benefits", including a nice grotty little council flat with old furniture, a tiny ammount to live on, not enough to buy clothes for herself when her kids were looked after etc. Her kids will never have the latest toys, she'll never be able to go on summer holidays abroad or travel the world (talking of which aren't you currently unemployed?) or such, so it's hardly a brilliant life. She hates it.

3 kids, by the same bloke? Maybe the missuses cousin should have had some of those condoms.

If somebody wants to have kids, and can afford to bring them up, then crack on. (of course providing they are of legal age to do so)
If they can't I dont see why my hard earned should go towards their "lifestyle".

the office of national statistics puts unemployment as 5.2% (or 25% of the working age)

the office of national statistics tends not to report disability benefits, they're a fudge factor not to be reported by the government
