Much better leicester! Average first half performance, but they came flying out the blocks 2nd half. Cov kicked off 2nd half and Hume won the ball immediately and the boys we're really up for it for the 1st 15 mins after that and we got the all important 2nd goal. I thought Devries played really well today. I wonder if all those De Vries haters will set up a thread about how well he played today! i doubt it!

Hume was a constant threat and i thought Hamill was pretty impressive today, as was Sylla. Think Mccarthy might need a bit of anger management though he nearly strangled Stearman to death!!

Generally I think Coventry's ex-City players were good players, its just they became more or less stale at City. Though Heath's a local lad, I think he has no future in professional football, it seems to even kick the ball in a wrong action.

Long may it continue Steven.

7 points from the last four games (but it should have been 12!).

Beating the covscum is always nice, especially with those inbred fans that follow their club. But what of MA? he must be close to the brink.

Alright lads/ladies. How was todays match then. Had to miss the feckin match due to work after I booked Saturday off thinkin we were playing then.
My mum and sis are season ticket holders with me and they both reckon it was one of the most exciting matches in maybe a year.
Was it that good or are they exaggerating??

I thought it was quite a good match actually. I've heard a lot of criticism about the first half but no-way was it as bad as Burnley when we didn't have a shot on target at all. There was a lot more passion today I thought, and a lot more desire to attack. The wingers worked with two defensive players in the middle for some reason. Mark de Vries scored with his head! Second best game at home this season, although to be fair there hasn't been much competition..

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
