You can't doubt that he's done well at Blackpool. But like you rightly say, is he really the right kind of manager for Leicester right now - we don't really need someone who's an up and coming long shot. We've had too many of them. 'No thankyou' for exactly the same reasons as Ince.

In all seriousness I wish Simon Grayson all the best at Blackpool. I always thought he was a much under-appreciated player here at City. We will all remember when he got the winner down at Selhurst Park against Wimbledon in the cup semi-final and I think perhaps his lasting legacy should be that he was replaced as wing-back by Andrew fcuking Impey - Never did Larry look so good...

He is not the man to take over as manager now, however. Let him stay at Blackpool and keep developing and improving and maybe he will be the man for the job after our new boss's stint is over. Hope you make it up in the play-offs Larry.

I agree, if he was to come here it would be as an assistant to someone more experienced (as per Basset and Adams, not a great example I know), but not sure why he would want to do that when things are going so well for him with the Tangerines.

In all honesty though, if you took away the city link, he is a young manager who has only had one full season (I think) in charge at Blackpool and managed to get them in the play-offs.
Most people would not even be concidering him and MM will not be either.
