It seems Ollie has had quite an impact on our striker from Derby Steve Howard. I found this story in the Mirror whilst trolling for transfer news. Thought you might be interested in having a read.

I found this bit interesting "he admitted that swapping the despair of being a serial loser at Derby for the optimism of the Walkers Stadium wasn't a difficult decision to make".


Obviously the team (and presumably Ollie) have a lot more optimism than we had. Admittedly after the Coventry game there is a more positive vibe amongst fans but at the time he signed we weren't exactly setting the world on fire. Shows you how bad it must've been in the Derby camp before he left.

The World's worst ever left winger. I don't think I have ever seen a winger who plays with his back to goal but Adebola did. He has also forgot the sitter he missed.

Yep. They were wearing the wrong shirts, had the wrong studs and the grass was too long/short and the pitch was too bobbly/smooth to play football (Delete as appropriate).

I see their manager was not so quick to look round for excuses...
