gave it a miss in the end. Had a take away curry from Friends Tandoori on Melton Road.
Best curry in the midlands, but you ****ing pay for it

The milestone in Hinckley, the one with the windmill..
sunday dinner for Grandads 79th.. Very nice food! Beef was lovely. the bill was about £80 for 5 adults and 2 kids, starters and mains and drinks. Service was good, a slight delay between courses though. I would recomend this place.

I am always wary of cheap places to eat, you dont know what they use to get the costs down.

Bulls Head in Broughton Astley is a good'n. Had a mixed grill sizzler on Thursday and it was superb - piece of liver, gammon steak, rump steak, lamb chop and two snags with a bowl of chips for £7.95. Bargain.

The Bull is one of my haunts, good food there, had a decent rep for a while now.

Note to anyone visting, entry to the carpark from the centre or Broughton is closed, you need to approach it from the distributor road and turn right (from Hinckley approach) at the first lights.

Went to the White horse for lunch. Excellent food, great service and nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend the steaks! 9/10
