LCFC Announce Financial Results

From the OS. In the last financial year (ending 31st May 2005) we had a loss of £3.5m after tax, compared to a profit of £4.8m the year before.
Tim Davies says the loss was expected as the club used much of the profit we'd had from being in the Premiership to try and get promoted again, however we did lose more than they'd originally budgeted, due to low attendances and all the staff changes.

They were all still on the wage bill for the period quoted here Lazzer.

If income remains similar this season then I would think we will be at break even or maybe small profits.

Yeah we might break even this year, can't see us getting much of a profit with attendances being so low.

I would say well done to the board for these results. People questioned the point of banking over £4m the season before last season but this was fully villified by them anticaptating the losses last season.
