On Wednesday 28th October at 2pm LOROS will be officially opening their newly refurbished Birstall shop situated at 97a Sibson Road.

Two Leicester City Football players will be present to cut the ribbon.

There will be an opportunity to meet the players and get memorabilia signed.

19 members of the coaching and back room staff (including Nigel Pearson and Alan Birchenall) will be taking part in a sponsored bike ride to raise money for LOROS.

Is this part of a bigger fundraising event? It seems odd that 'Newcastle to Carlisle' would be chosen for City staff to support a local charity. And it isn't the route of the more usual and celebrated C2C bike rides.
