The idea seems to have been around for ages - but it never seems to stick for a whole season.

I have rebuilt from scratch the league-ratings site for the coming season.

Would appreciate any thoughts/hatreds on the new layout/design.

Your old log-ins should work

Good work Matt, it's a nice, clean & tidy design, if a little on the spartan side.
Maybe some subtle graphics might liven it a little.

You need to add in a link back to the homepage, the little logo & site address bottom left of the header would seem the obvious place.

The stats graphs are a great touch, look excellent.

Excellent advice mon frere, the graphs are from a company called Fusion Charts, free for personal use.

I'll have you know we were around for the whole of last season and half of the season before, and with my new build making it infinately easier for me to manage this season is a sure thing.

It is also built with a structure in place that I can open it up to fans of all clubs and it will cross-compare results etc, but I can't be arsed to market it outside of this forum!

I knows you got my back bro' :icon_bigg

He's not been the same since he saw that Big Brother episode :icon_conf

Another little thing that I noticed, don't know if anybody agrees, but I thought that dot.png that you are using for the numbers on the voting pages breaks the design a small bit, they're not as clean as everything else.
Maybe just a plain circle would look better.

Each one looks like a circle with a white perimeter that has been cropped down & squared-off, leaving only the corner peices of the perimeter showing, if that makes any sense.

Yeah I agree, to be honest that bit was more about a more snazzy way to vote than drop-down lists, I might go for squares instead, keep with the crisp edges.

I plan on making the top banner a cycling flash header, but I think they are often distracting, so I may end up going for a random header image on each page

Thanks for all the input guys, this is exactly what I wanted. I had a look at the old site the other week and almost cried at the design!

Some people who were already members may have received an email this morning I have just realised, I had set us a task to run to send it on the server, but when I cancelled it when the site went live, it didn't cancel.

Apologies
