what are everyones thoughts on the vote supposedly facing leeds as to whether they have points deducted for filing for administration? No one in the league supported us but do you think it would be different for them?could mean the team no longer existed........how do you think city would vote?We were after all facing the same prospect only a year ago?

Sod 'em - they are cocks

I'm not sure the Premiership have a rule in place where they can deduct points from teams that go in to admin. I know the football league are looking to implement a rule where clubs would be deducted 10 points.

No matter what club it is, I would hate to see anyone losing their football club. Can you imagine if that happened to us? I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Alot of people have slated us for admin, but most tend to negate the fact we were forced to take that route. Failure to do so would of resulted in the club ceasing.

Can we not get in to our administration saga again please, it kept being brought up time and time again when this new forum came in place, mainly due to Marlon the spud bringing it up. Leeds haven't got alot of choice, but to go down the beastly route of administration unless some rich c u n t bails them out. I hope they go in to administration because it's time a big club went in and showed everyone else that clubs aren't untouchable and they will get their fingers burnt if their wreckless, also Chris Moyles is a Leeds fan and I think he's a cock and a nob-end.

The premiership do not have a rule on this at the moment. However there were press reports earlier this week stating that if Leeds did go into administration that certain clubs would like to call an EGM to have them thrown out of the Premier league. If this was the case certain clubs would have to vote knowing that they are not flush with money either( Bolton, Arsenal(if the stadium goes wrong),Leicester in fact everybody execept the MANCS and Chelski

Big fat wanker Moyles is - not funny nor clever.

I don't think Chelski's future is certain, Abramovic could be arrested, assasinated, lose intrest or go into F1

any club chairman who votes to throw them out is extremely short sighted, as the lottery used to say 'It could be you'

how many clubs could you say are certain to stay in the Prem at this stage, agree that Man Utd are the only risk free club

Yeah but how short sighted were the Chairmen in the football league, division 1 in paticular.

First they put all their eggs in one basket with ITV digital and then when that turned belly up and we went into administration suddenly to hell with the anti hunting lobby it was open season on the foxes with everyone crawling out of the woodwork.

I don't mean to be controversial here and I have the capacity to forgive and forget but I really do hope that someone, like Leeds, gets in major difficulties and almost goes out of buisness.

I've said almost because what I don't wish on the average Joe that follows their club, even though I think some of them can be complete tossers at times, is for the club to cease to be. An ideal solution and let's say Leeds, only because it's mentioned in this thread, is for the club to be relegated, more than likely at present, they recieve an automatic 10 points deduction and as a result find themselves in division 2 the following season. Then and only then will they start the slow climb back up, if they can!

To tell you the truth I really do not know what planet some of these chairmen are on and I suggest that they take a good long hard look at themselves each evening and ask if they served the best interests of their club and football in general that day. My guess would be that they were too busy watching their own backs.

leeds are slightly different from most of the clubs that have been/near to admin as they have been in the prem league all the time. IMO any club that got relegated when we did would have been financially screwed - we were just very lucky to get out of it in one piece.

i wouldn't mind leeds going into admin but i would definitely hate to see the club go out of existence. if they were relegated them i'm not sure there would be anything saving them. the rule in footie now is not to assume you will stay at the level you are at (very risky to speculate to accumulate).

Calm down Joe - It was a lighthearted joke, hence the wink.

Maybe you don't grasp the concept of irony?
