Speaking of Alan Rogers, did you know he and a couple of mates won a large amount of money on the lottery a few weeks back?

To be honest, I think it does matter.

I realise that a well known agent recently sort of implied that he was bringing european players to the attention of Milan and I wonder what sort of dumping ground we are becoming.

As I see it we are stock piling a fairly huge squad by championship standards and it seems filled with dead wood that will be as difficult to move on as the refugees from the Levein and Kelly eras.

It would be good to believe that someone at The Walkers knows what they are about in player recruitment , but somehow I doubt it.

The Observer this Sunday was clearly suggesting that the Mourinho/Abramovitch row was effectively engineered by agents (particularly Zihavi) looking to shed Abramovitch of several million - often by selling him some poor players. I reckon Mandaric has bought into the same deal only for us the players are generally far, far worse.

No matter whos sighnings they were over the summer MMs,MA or Don Mackeys we have brought to many average players in with only Clems,Bruno and possibly DJ have improved the squad.

Should have brought quality not quantity

Perhaps MM owes a lot of people favors and taking some of these players is his pay back for good deals while at pompy. Or if you want to be more positive, he is earning favors he can use here?

The chambers is a decent player too, but not a centre mid.

Instead of holding a meeting, I suggest that if Milan wants to know what is going wrong with this club, he look no further than this thread.
We are, allegedly, signing a new left-back. A position that few would argue is one of our weak spots. The player has a good european track record and is known to very few of the posters (certainly not me) and yet every post is negative.
Surely, this screams the problem; the management - and by that I would include MM as well as GM - have lost the trust of the majority of the fans.
If, and I merely speculate, this is true of the players, what chance Leicester City?
