Now that Clive Clarke is unlikely to play for us again - certainly not for a long time, if ever - who do we think should be used to fill in at left-back until January? By all accounts Mattock was not very good against Blackpool or today against Plymouth.

My solution would be to give Sheehan a run there with Ferreira playing in front of him.

Well Clive Clarke has a 2 week break now to get fit for QPR at home. Thats not asking too much as his 3 month loan is nearing its end soon. With luck the Plymouth game might be the only one he misses.

Yeh he needs a few academy games, then move up to the reserves, then go on loan, then he will be much better.

His is not physically strong enough either. Gets pushed around too easy.
