On attending last nights game is it any wonder everyone stands up when its impossible to sit down with any degree of comfort - ok I'm 6ft 2ins but the only way I could manage to sit was side saddle - The Valley is quite a modern ground but also must have been designed by a set of dwarfs!!!! - the worst ground I've ever visited for leg room - oh and the site of dead pigeons in the roof netting above wasn't very pleasent either

Joking aside, Scunthorpe is pretty dreadful for legroom as well. It tends to be a common thing with converted terraces and older stands.

one of the guys i work with said to me on tuesday morning 'charlton - nice away end, you'll enjoy it there'. the first thing i did on arriving in my seat was to email him ' you never fitted your fat arse in these seats'.

terrible for the person in front to have your knees in their backs aswell. (and i'm not 6ft 2)
