When you think about the goals we've let in and the ones we havent put away, I think the squad is just 2 or 3 players short of being significantly better than those around us. 2 decent, strong defenders and a striker, would see us head and shoulders out of the bottom 3 and competitive in this league......but it's clearly not going to happen.

Vardy might be the only thing that could save us, he’s as good a bet as anyone else.
We can't rely on a 38yr old and I honestly think that given recent form it worth given Daka, or even Cannon the starting spot instead.

They're never going to be able to prove themselves without regular opportunities and I honestly think we'd get a better return from Vardy by using him more sparingly for the last 30+ mins rather than constantly flogging the oldest striker in the league for 90 mins every week.

Pretty much every team, apart from Man City, who play with a single striker will replace them almost every game as it is a really tough position yet I'd imagine Vardy has played as many minutes as almost all other strikers, apart from Haaland.

Daka or Cannon could potentially run and chase defenders like a madman for the first 60 mins and then we can bring a fresh Vardy on to work against an already tired defence.

Cannon isn't in our squad. Daka came on and missed from a yard out against Palace with probably the easiest chance of the game. He's complete shit. A Vardy at 10% is still miles better than a ****ing Daka.

Wilder is thinking that he's scuppered the deal to Sunderland so that Tom will be heading to Bramall Lane, according to local reports here. But with Burnley involved as well - Money Talks
However Tom wants his best chance I imagine to play in the Premier League next season and that's not us at the moment so at least one of those three I would reckon will be
So Cannon place your best shot

Or play with two upfront? Oh wait we can not do that because our defence is so ****ing inept.
