Second half header by Jamie Vardy.

Just enough.

Quarter Final, here we come!

Draw tomorrow, live on BT Sport after the Huddersfield/Manchester United game.

We're Ball 4.

Let's hope we don't come up against an Erland Johnsen or Roy Essandoh.

Great stuff. Quarter finals. We bossed the game largely but without being particularly great. It was pretty pedestrian stuff. A deserved win earned by pretty much boring them into submission....

Chilwell, Ndidi and Mahrez excellent. Riyad took the piss.

Simpson, Iborra, Gray not so much.

Shame the second got disallowed it was a beaut.

Thought Simpson was a liability. I was nervous every time he had the ball. Thought Gray was OK though.

Liked their keeper. Part of a swap deal with Mahrez in the Summer?

Hoping the 'big' clubs draw each other and we skip into the semis.

Still to see Leicester past the quarters in my life time.

It's tough to play against a sde who just sit back and do feck all

I thought we did ok on the whole, just struggled with a cuttng edge - mainly because Nacho stood perfectly still for three quarters of the game just pointing at everyone else rather than actually playing some football

Chilwell was excellent coming forwards, very threatening, very skilfull, always available, sometimes overlooked when cmpletely free. Mahrez likewise, and Wilf tidied everything up nicely. And what a simply beautiful cross for the goal - to think some people would have not played him as some sort of punishment. Bonkers

Nice to see Wes back, but he was a mile off the pace and bailed out by Maguire and Simpson an awful lot. That game will do him the world of good

Should have been more, and we got lucky with Kasper's save and their miss shortly after

All in all, it was job done, thank you very much, let's never speak of it again

Name's on the cup. You heard it here first

As regards young Ben. Does anyone else think he comes across as in awe of others.?
Sometimes he has the opportunity to run at players , but seeing a senior player, gives them the ball instead.

Massively more comfortable than the scoreline suggested and never really in doubt really.

Mahrez was fantastic, only thing missing was a goal and then a celebration of giving the retards in L1 the finger who were booing him all game.

Also thought Gray had a good game. He didn't score a screamer from 40 yards like most expect every game but he showed some excellent touches that opened the game up massively for us.

All in all, a really solid performance.

No complaints from me.

That was Chilwell's best game for us. That's the player Liverpool were reportedly so keen on a couple of years back, not the one we saw in the two or three games previous. He now needs to replicate that kind of performance in the PL and he will start to win a few more people over (me included!). I also thought Gray was very good and looked to be creative but he, too, is so inconsistent it's impossible to tell whether he will set the world alight or be back to his infuriating, ambling worst next week. Mahrez was exceptional and Vardy also played his part well. Ndidi tidied up efficiently in midfield but he had to because Iborra, once again, offered very little either going forward or controlling the midfield. Morgan needed that game but you could see the rust and Maguire did well to look after him and the rest.

Not exciting or exhilarating but playing a team who come to defend and try and nick a goal on the counter is always tricky, as most PL teams fro 2015/2016 will tell you! Onwards we go.

It's a learning process and this is only his second/third year in senior professional football.

He's never going to be the complete player straight away but he does show some remarkable attributes that could make him a very good player in the future.

The way he can just glide past the opposition is ridiculous but defo needs to work on the defensive side.

Defo needs a good few more years to evaluate him properly but the signs are extremely positive so far!
