"A few tip overs" there were at least 2 long range efforts that weren't easy at all and were moving in the air and their was a close range save that was a worldy.

I'm not slating him, what he had to do he did well, I just didn't think he had a lot to do.

On another note it was nice to meet Beaumont, Siouxie, Cate, Blue Maniac and Clee Jnr today.

Same. Just sorry it was a pisstake of a 'do' TBH I don't think the other players even knew what was going on.

Hopefully next year it will be back to normal, cos tbh considering we've been giving that award for 40ish years it's crap that club don't seem to want to let us show our appreciation to the team unless we want to fork out £50+.
It's not like the players can't give a couple of hours to do photos and stuff is it........

He made 2 or 3 stunning saves second half.I don't know where you sit Matt but if you'd have sat in the family stand you would probably have got a better view to appreciate them.

I thought Logan had an immense game. I doubt if Weale could have done better. Very assured, some great saves and of course stopped the penalty. I will have no worries if Weale picked up an injury about Logan deputising.

Good performance by some of the shadow squad.

Yann seems destined to take the role of Howard-bashing. Cracking goal and a couple beautiful through balls which should have been finished off better.

Logan and Bruce looked solid. N'Guessan is up and down self. Spearing and Wellens were pretty nifty today.

Anyone know why Adams wasn't in the squad today....personally thought he might get a start today and wasn't on the bench. Didn't see him during the lap of honour either.

Yes defo. As Fryatt orignally held the ball, Waghorn fancied it too but Fryatt handed it to Wellens. He pretty much confirmed on RL as it's been Wellens only season in league footbal where he hasn't scored up until today.
