He clearly wasn't using this table, because he was looking at one with the goal difference on it. A lot of the live tables come from the same source though so it's possible that he was looking at another one that hadn't been updated.

I looked at the BBC one just after the Leicester game finished and the Palace game was still 0-0 but yes, still guilty.
