I noticed something odd as I watched Top walk round the pitch. Top was shaking hands and was embracd by a few fans. Fine. But one bloke asked for a selfie with him. Top obliged. Maybe it’s just me and it’s okay, but it seemed a strange request given the circumstances.

My lad spotted this totally crass action.

In the aftermath of everything after the West Ham game I don’t think I saw anything about what had looked like a nasty injury to Amarty

It was really nice to see Pearson and Ranieri sitting together. They’ve probably never met each other before but have both played big parts in our recent history. Great to see.

I thought we played ok given the circumstances, but it was frustrating that we dominated and just couldn’t put the ball in the onion bag. Understandable after recent events.

I thought Evans had a really good game again. I need to learn to not write players off so early.

On another note, I’m not a huge fan of Slimani, but I think he’d really suit our current style of play. We bring him in and play him when we’re playing our counter attacking game, which didn’t suit him at all. But now we’re playing slow build up play with plenty of balls in the box which would suit him, and he’s not here to show what he can do. I can’t help but feel he would be a better option off the bench than Okazaki given the way we play.

We certainly need a Slimani type of forward, hopefully they have one lined up

Sometimes a photo says more than a thousand words

And if you zoom out then that same picture tells a million words:

Indeed

Words like who the f***ing f*** f***ety allowed that total Bastard Keith Vaz to sit there FFS

Indeed, the blokes a leech

On another note not sure if already posted I saw Bernie yesterday looking very frail in his wheelchair but good to see him well enough to attend even if it was minus the war paint and several mine swept lagers.

As are those selling the remembrance packs on eBay.

Although hopefully most of the sales are being sabotaged.
I can’t say I’m particularly bothered about this.

If people don’t want to keep theirs and want to offer fans a chance to own the souvenirs, that’s their prerogative. They’re not forcing people to bid for them.

I have no intention of selling mine as I value them more than the £60-70 they look to be going for. But I really don’t care what others decide to do with theirs.

Oddly enough I nearly posted something much like this. I'd like one, but I couldn't get a ticket to the game.
If someone could get a ticket to the game, but isn't bothered about the remembrance pack, then of course I've so issue against them being sold.

Each to their own.

A very emotional day all round. I managed to keep it together until I saw one of the boys (must have been 9 - 10 years old) at the side of the pitch crying his eyes out during the Vichai tribute video. The boy next to him saw him crying and just put his arm around him... Summed up the entire day!

I managed to hold the tears in until the tribute video. As soon as that started the tears came. Can't remember the last time I cried as much as that. Although we drew I thought we were brilliant especially in the circumstances the lads are in. Will never forget it
