Well, I didn't think it was a bad performance at all. We played some lovely football at times. Some utterly shite goalkeeping and Coady stumbling around like an old drunkard playing everyone onside, cost us dearly however.
I don't know why some of the focus is on Vestergaard when Coady was by far and away the worst of the two CBs. Justin carried on from where he left off; he still looks a shadow of himself. I thought Kristiansen did okay to be fair.
Soumare, Winks and El Khannouss had good games and Buonanotte looked decent in patches.
The frustration for me isn't losing to Manchester City, it's not playing like we did today against Wolves or Newcastle. We just rolled over for them.
A RB and a CB are absolute priorities if we have any hope of mounting a challenge for survival. With Wolves looking like getting another point against Spurs, survival is looking increasingly more unlikely with every game however.
