I have been trying to get tickets for the Real Madrid game since 9.00 am

You are in a queue and counted down from 50,when you get down to 1 they are just cut you off, done this twice now and not happy.

Me too. The first time I got to number 4 and the got cut off shortly after. The next time I got to number 3 and the same thing happened. That really is just not acceptable.

Have you tried http://www.lcfcdirect.com/events.aspx?section=eve ? That's very slow today too but it should be quicker than telephoning the ticket office.

It may depend on whether she wants to go to the match or not.

What i mean is,there is only certain areas of the ground we can sit in as she has a wheelchair...i don't think i can access the disabled seats on line.

Sorry - I shouldn't be facetious when faced with such an important question. I've just checked and wheelchair spaces do not seem to be available online. Perhaps they should be and perhaps our fan-loving CEO might be able to sort it so that they are in future - perhaps you should email her.

If it follows the usual pattern it will be [email protected], but I would also copy your mail to the Fan Relationship Management Centre [email protected], Fanzone [email protected] and the ticket office [email protected] It might be useful to also get the Disabled Supporters Association onto it; their secretary, Andy Gubbins can be reached on [email protected]
