Good win in the Continental Cup, with most teams that come second in their group progressing I think we must have a good chance of getting to the quarter finals

Followed it on the radio, lots of begrudging praise from the commentators but hard to tell how we played as it was pretty much all about Manchester United. Would be good to hear from anyone who was able to watch it, but either way this is a great result and the start to the season - phenomenal

The BBC report fails to even refer to us by name, though the last sentence mentioned “ the visitors” having won all their games so far!

I was at the game today and was very proud of the effort put in.

The stats suggest a very one-sided affair, but I thought our excellent organisation and commitment to the cause meant we did more than enough to earn the point and if not for a lack of quality with our final balls, could have won it.

That said, we’d be in a mess without our world class ‘keeper!

I have zero interest in this stuff, however, I notice the media have decided to jump to PL levels of bias already.

What a shame that this level of the game is already insufferable.

Not a lot of detail but mention of Maddy Cusack seems out of place.
I trust you're correct about that. It does seem odd to reference it in this instance though.
