Leicester City World. Match live console.

Just recently ive been unable to get any sound while listening to the match, using match console.

I login, get all the way to the console, click on 'listen' for Leicester, it comes up audio on, but no sound

Ive contacted their service dept, and followed their instructions, but still no joy.

Anybody else had a problem like this, and resolved it

No. I dont think it ever did. Even when it was working ok.

Ive tried opening WMP and tried playing match console through it but it comes up with this message..........'WMP cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file'

Ive reset my codecs and downloaded WMP updated codec packs, but still no joy.

Does it just play through Internet Explorer then?

If so, have you tried from IE Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab, scroll down to 'Multimedia' and check 'Play sounds in webpages' ?

What other steps did they advise to do when you contacted their support?

Yes that box is checked. Could be ive got a box checked that shouldnt.

They sent me 4 pages of info.

This could be worth a try: In IE on the match console, if you right-click on the 'Listen' link and then left-click on 'Copy Shortcut' from the menu.
Then open up WMP & goto File > Play URL & paste in the short cut that you've just copied.

Will try that tonight when theres a game on
