Quick word in Griezmann’s ear at full time too hopefully. It would have been good if Madders had been chatting to that Bellingham bloke, saying how good it would be for him to join Leicester.

Maddison now comes back demotivated and has a shit 2nd half of the season before ****ing off.
Cheers Gareth
I think he’s a better professional than that.Maddison now comes back demotivated and has a shit 2nd half of the season before ****ing off.

Regardless, he's a confidence / form player and this won't have helped him.I think he’s a better professional than that.
If Southgate goes, he will be highly motivated to impress his replacement.Regardless, he's a confidence / form player and this won't have helped him.
He's had bad spells before
That’s the line of the year.**** looks like he collects bacteria as a hobby.
Isn't the twat contracted til after the next Euros? If Southgate goes, he will be highly motivated to impress his replacement.
who on earth gives someone a contract that does not run out after a major international tournament? oh wait yep only the FA lol talking of Maddison I recall Southgate being against Grealish until he signed for Man City.Isn't the twat contracted til after the next Euros?
Even if he did go it wouldn't make a difference anyway as absolutely no ****er with any ability whatsoever wants the England job. Or any international post really.
International football is shite. & everyone knows it. Belgium had some of the best players in the world at their disposal for 6/7 years & the best they could attract was failed Prem manager Martinez.
It's a reasonably well remunerated rest home / part-time job / paper round for failed club managers (or successful club managers who are past it)
If Maddison can't impress one clueless **** he probably won't be able to impress the next one either.
It runs out after the Euros in 2024. Otherwise he would continually be on a maximum of a 2 year contract, which probably isn't best for anyone.who on earth gives someone a contract that does not run out after a major international tournament? oh wait yep only the FA lol talking of Maddison I recall Southgate being against Grealish until he signed for Man City.
I cannot recall an England manager other than Bobby Robson who played a lower league or player from a mid table side. Hopefully Madders comes back and continues to tear teams apart and we continue to march up the table.
Southgate gave Maguire and Chilwell plenty of game time when with us, made Phillips (Leeds) and Rice (West Ham) key parts of the side, has given Ward-Prowse and Coady plenty of appearances and I note from the stats even given Bertrand ten games.who on earth gives someone a contract that does not run out after a major international tournament? oh wait yep only the FA lol talking of Maddison I recall Southgate being against Grealish until he signed for Man City.
