What about the location of where the King is buried? and Pork pie fox l don't mean Elvis The Market is a nice place to spend time as l always stock up on Red Leicester Cheese before l fly back to Ireland. Has anybody taken the Stadium tour,if so was it enjoyable? .Do you get an opportunity to take Photos of the Premier League Trophy? I have Liverpool fans as friends and would tease them with the photos

Just talking to a Colleague in work who's friend went over to Liverpool last weekend for the Liverpool v West Ham game.He and his partner were meeting another couple to go to the game with.£150 per match ticket is what they paid (face value) .His friend was gutted by the cost and after the game the four struck up a conversation about the cost of a match day experience in a City that is nowhere as wealthy as London but yet charges those prices.Leicester City were brought into the conversation about the price of tickets and the overall cost of a match day experience we charge for fans. They looked at the mindset of both Teams and how the owners treat their fans.To say they were left with a bad taste in their mouths is an understatement, they are seething ! Can only imagine how they would have felt if Liverpool lost ;)

To be fair, even though Liverpoool is nowhere near as wealthy as London the money Scousers use to pay those kind of prices actually comes from outside the locality.

Usually from the proceeds of Class A drug sales, selling on stolen cars & mugging Beatles tourists.
The club is well aware of the scumbag criminal nature of it's fanbase & prices accordingly.

Market Forces.

Like all me siblings Leicester born but moved away as a youngster.

My school was filled with fans of the established first division clubs of the North. I was always treated with curious respect by mates and ridiculed by others, many of these switched alliance when the power balance shifted from Merseyside to Red Manchester.

Memories of walking from the station with my dad. Killing time walking along the canal or past the Vic Berry yard and seeing stacks of old trains, my Dad pointing out the old Great Central station and viaducts that he used to use and apparently had a Roman mosaic found underneath.

Heroes of era: Walsh, Macallister (Dad”He’s a good one that one”) Rooster Russel, Tommy Wright!.

Always decent fish and chips on the way back to the station, my dad explaining to me who Nelson Mandela (Park) was. Catching the Nuneaton train and looking for the floodlights as we return home.

When Driving to games, walking across the Upperton Road Viaduct feeling the excitement with the hordes, seeing the stadium in the distance. Listening to Radio 5 after then game stuck in traffic as the reports come in.

Tin pot market town maybe, but always felt a sense of belonging and still do, even though I am now on the other side of the world.

It sure has a beguiling hold on people who have wandered from it's streets :) hope you get time back in your Tin pot !

I have a set-routine while watching the Foxes on Soccer Saturday . I have my lucky Royal Blue Boxer's on ,Filbert Fox stuffed Toy on the Coffee table to my right.Scarf around my neck, both the scarf and Filbert have to be kissed by my Dog Bailey a Collie/Retriever cross .

She would normally kiss and sit by my side as l fill the swear box also placed on the Coffee Table as the game reports are delivered by anybody bar Charlie Nicholas (never seem to win when he does our games)

They say dogs have a sixth sense, then Bailey is surley giving me a sign,of late she has pulled the scarf off my neck and attacked it like it was a Cat.She runs upstairs while dragging the scarf in her wake growling and snarling as the game unfolds l am starting to feel Bailey is on to the way Leicester are playing at the moment ;)

What way do you folks approach a Leicester game ?????
