James Justin's season began on 4th September when he was an unused sub for England U21s. He's started three and been on the bench three times in their six matches since then.

In addition, this is James Justin's 16th start and 17th appearance for City out of 18 games this season (he came on as sub againt Zohya at home and was an unused sub against Arsenal in the League Cup).

So today is the 24th game he's either started (19) or been sub (5) since Sept 4th (97 days). He also started all 10 matches we played between 20th June and 26th July.

In total, he has started 29 of the last 34 matches played by City or England U21s and been sub for the rest.
A fantasy signing who deserves enormous credit for how he has performed. Love him.

Fofana looking better too now he's got rid of that shit hair colour.

Probably helped by the standard of opposition but still pleasing to see!

Genuinely excited at the prospect of us getting a corner now.

Beautiful ball from Under

Stick Vardy in instead of Nacho and I’d be more than happy with this set up until the injured players come back

Well it’s easy to say when we’re winning against a poor side but this formation gives us so much more when the ball is in the opposition’s half. Width and much better pressing with the extra attacker on the pitch.

Thomas and Barnes look to have a fantastic understanding. Under and Ndidi are different class.

Nacho providing comic relief.

Getting pissed on a Thursday night with snacks and the dog on the sofa has become a very enjoyable routine for me over the last couple of months. I’ll miss it when the group stages are over!

The hound still ain’t impressed!

Getting pissed on a Thursday with snacks is an englishmans inalienable right

How come we are doing so well against a 'poor' foreign team when we cannot perform well against a 'poor' English team?

Comfortable. They've given up and shut up shop. It's forwards against defence from here on in as long as we don't get cocky and switch off.

So we should get another 45 of Nacho fun. He really is just making up numbers isn't he? Though, to be fair, he has has a couple of decent touches/passes.
