It does though. Folk need to get used to a technology that will eventually win out because it's just better for so many reasons. The instructions on how to use eTickets are perfectly simple but some people are too ****ing dumb to read them or too busy pissing and moaning about it to read them.

Nope, you’re totally wrong on this - no need to change a system that works for one that doesn’t

It does work. Perfectly well. Unless you're a thick ****. Or a technophobe.

I'm not averse to having paper as well but in the end, eTickets will be the way forward everywhere. At some point, the jump will have to be made.

Luke Thomas and Daniel Amartey :043:

Thing is pop, if a noticeable section of your clientele can’t operate this new thing you’ve introduced, it’s absolutely your fault for not communicating it effectively or offering easily accessible alternatives. Technological progress is all very well as long as you’re not doing it faster than your paying customers can adapt to it. If you leave them behind who pays the bills?

It won't leave many behind. Tonight for example, we have one poster saying it's 'thousands', another saying 'hundreds' then another saying 'two people'....

The real number is probably those few who are either using it for the first time or who have not added their ticket correctly.

Like I say, I think having paper as well isn't a bad idea and should probably have been the way forward for a good while before going straight to eticketing but it will all change at some point. It has to.

We really are shit.

4 years and this is the culmination

Does BR think the team in red are Arsenal again?

sadly the Club is employing ignorant pricks like you who have no comprehension of the customer base whatsoever
Well, nearly everyone made it in on time.

Except the thick ****s.

Guess most of the customer base are on board. Those that aren't? There'll be plenty waiting to take their place.

Well with this midfield three, Vardy and Thomas, we have got the giving the ball away under no pressure and falling over thing absolutely nailed.

Don't know what folk expected. Soumare, Thomas, Praet, Amartey... ****ing useless.

This is why playing dross was never going to be a decent idea.

It’s only highlighting what we already know - the back up players are a load of shite

Daka will be on later to prove the point even more

Sounds like a good atmosphere. Lots of noise from Blackburn fans, but we’ve also made some noise.

For the neutral it’s a cracking game. For us it’s highlighting our defensive deficiencies and the fact we don’t have midfielders capable of shielding our defence
