Lampard's half time subs have changed the game but it just goes to show the quality of Chelsea's squad. If we had been in the same position you know Brendan would have waited til gone past the hour mark before making changes and even then it's out of fitness issues rather than actually trying to change the flow of the game. They can play their youths and bring on the quality and experience later in the game.
