I don't care if others want to concentrate on the fact that we are playing a pretty lightweight Derby side, we've been excellent at times tonight. More importantly, we've had 11 players on the pitch who have shown hunger, desire, passion and effort. This alone has been fantastically refreshing.

If you're so inclined to concentrate on who we are playing rather than how we have been positive and played with endeavour then I think you need to reassess what we have been witnessing up to this point and think on.

He's been playing in the position that suits him, but Derby have also allowed him to boss the midfield. 62 goals from midfield now!
