Cautiously optimistic. We've had a few false dawns already this season and Liverpool were very Man City-esque in the way they played into our hands. This game is the real test for Shakey and the band of brothers mkII.

Another full blooded winning performance here and aside from putting us in a strong position for avoiding relegation it'll set Sevilla up to be a storming occasion.

This is a bigger test than Liverpool. Liverpool left themselves exposed and it played to our strengths. That coupled with renewed effort was the key to success.

But Hull won't be as carefree in defence as Liverpool. They're fighting too. Big challenge.

But I'm optimistic. I think I'm partly to blame for our poor form this season but i think we'll be at our best today
