Good to see Mahrez getting involved in the pressing. Ndidi a little sloppy, struggling to keep up with the faster pace we're playing at I think, but I'm sure he will get used to it.

Hull giving us more space than I thought they would. A little more cutting edge from us and we'd be comfortably ahead. Looking comfortable so far. No changes please.

Watch that Polish winger of theirs though. He's about their only consistent threat.

Excellent entertainment. They are very quick on the break so we will need to be careful but, other than one very sloppy piece of play from Ndidi for their goal, we have been largely untroubled. Mahrez is doing pretty well although I agree with Yack in that he should loom to simplify things sometimes. They are petrified of Vardy. All in all, a pretty good 45 mins.

Oh, and Clucas is a very good player indeed.

I think Hull thought -well we can give them a game and gone for it.
Makes for an entertaining game, although the skill factor could be better. Vardy getting behind them, a goal came from one of his bursts, and Mahrez having a better game, but his final ball could be better.

Fuchs looks so much better going forward, some very good interplay between him and Vardy, who is buzzing again. Even Morgan is showing some ball skills!

According to him, our academy let him go because he was "too small".

Sam Clucas is 6ft 2.
