Christ almighty Craig. I don't want to second guess every selection... BUT what is the value in playing Ulloa and Slimiani together? We need to build some form and confidence, test out alternatives for the league and he opts for a shit house setup.

Why the **** would we start with Ulloa and Slimani and then, to make it worse, sit so deep?

Fine with playing deep, we usually do. But play Musa or Shinji with Slimani so we have pace to break with.

Gray is the only one who can start an attack but he's doing his usual bad decision making. Had a good run earlier but holds it too long and goes for the shot. Always.

Just to add, I'm fine with making changes for the cup and completely rotating. But stick to a similar system or at least one we might use. Don't play two big lumps up front becasus it's not our style at all and doesn't help us
