Agree. There is nothing Vardy could have done with that. Okazaki needed to shoot or put the ball in to Vardy with far more pace. Ramirez was already on top of Vardy before the ball arrived at him.

Enough excuses for Vardy. He's had 4 shots on target THIS SEASON!!!!

So, what have we learnt from that?
1) Zieler doesn't know how to kick a football.
2) Andy King can make himself invisible.
3) Fuchs can't defend against anyone with an ounce of pace.
4) Mahrez really has learned to take a penalty.
5) Okazaki hits a pretty mean overhead.

I think the criticism of Vardy so far is exceptionally unfair. Let's be frank; they've all been pretty dire during the 1st half but Vardy has had very little indeed to feed upon. There is nothing at all he could have done with Okazaki's pass.
