Hope they have someone’s son playing.
I'm just looking forward to seeing how our back line of Coady, Nelson, a Foetus and two traffic cones get on. It's only Middlesbrough after all. It's not as if we didn't smash them off the park last time we played them.

If we win this, we are 2 points ahead of the first half of the season against the same opposition. Even if we lose against Leeds, we will still be two points ahead.

The match against Leeds is not exactly a heavy-weight championship, more a Dave Boy Green against Sugar Ray Leonard, but it is going to be the most interesting test so far this season, followed by an even more interesting test against Bournemouth.

Oh to live in interesting times.

It’s like 2009 all over again

Dave Boy Green against Sugar Ray Leonard
Jesus. That takes me back !

I'd imagine the game will be a fair bit closer than that. As I recall, Leonard basically treated the first 3 rounds like a sparring session before getting bored & knocking Green out with a combination that would've felled an oak tree.

If we can do that to Leeds I'll be ecstatic.

Leicester are unbeaten in their last seven home league games against Middlesbrough (W3 D4), with this their first meeting at the King Power since November 2016, a 2-2 draw.

Middlesbrough are looking for their first league double over Leicester City since the 2001-02 Premier League season.

Leicester City have won 14 of their last 17 home league matches (D1 L2), including 13 this season. It’s their most in a season since winning 17 in 2013-14 when they won the Championship.

Middlesbrough have won two of their three Championship matches against the sides relegated from last season’s Premier League, although both wins were at home. In their only away match, they lost 3-2 to Leeds in December.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has assisted 12 Championship goals this season for Leicester City – it’s the most by a Foxes player in a league season since David Nugent in 2013-14 (12).

We beat them 2-0 back in 1994 with this rather extravagant line up. Goals from Joachim and Speedie.

Ward
Grayson Carey Hill Whitlow
Joachim Oldfield Agnew Ormondroyd
Speedie Roberts

Four players played for Boro that day who also played for us. Any guesses?

Tommy Wright and Craig Hignett are both correct.

They both came off the bench. The other two were starters.

Did they swap red for blue at half time? ;)

Andy Peake, Nicky Mohan,

Such name calling
****ing grow up the pair of you

Electronic tickets may become extremely popular , but whilst there is a generation that don’t like/ can’t cope with the crap, there is going to be a need for an alternative .
This could be 5 , 10 maybe 20 years before all the old ****ers **** off to the Wembley in the sky
