Castagne was never as good here as he is right now at Fulham. Neither was Tielemans for that matter.
I don't pay much attention to the Premier League this season other than check the scores, I see where Villa are in the league but had heard that Youri had had a bad start. Is he doing better now? In anyway partly responsible for their current position?

Tielemans has excelled at Villa recently. Becoming a really important player for them and the fans are loving it. He looks like he's shed a bunch of weight as well.

"His legs are gone" as some have said was bollocks. Yes he's played a lot of matches but I think his mentality had gone rather than his legs.

He was in a side on the decline, wanted to be at a bigger club, had felt his time was over and had David Brent as his manager. No wonder he's enjoying it at Villa this season.

Win this and I think we break Leeds and Saints back. In that regard it’s a big one.

Really hope we deliver today.

This is an important match for a mental victory over 3rd and 4th for sure. Win this and we're at 52 points which, based on the average number of points needed for automatic over the last 5 years, 84, would mean that we'd need 11 wins out of the remaining 22 matches to finish 2nd at least.
Having said that, I think we might need 90 points this year as Leeds and Soton will be relentless.

Also, kudos to Ipswich, a storming season for them. First aim is promotion, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't care if we finished 1st or 2nd. For us to win this league would cap off a stunning decade from 13/14 to 23/24 - starting and finishing with the Championship title.

We will have more than 22 matches left though.
