I thought we’d all accepted that we’re already relegated? So resting players makes no sense.
We might have accepted it but you'd kinda hope the manager hasn't.

I think the priority here is very much getting a functioning team, to build confidence. It that sense, it's a practice match. Albeit an FA Cup tie where, if does all go horribly wrong (and, tbf, there's a good chance of that ) then the plan backfires big time. Brave call. Probably indicates just how seriously RvN sees the relegation threat.

With Buonanotte starting, this lineup is actually stronger than Ruud’s Premier League lineups

Calm down. We'll stuff QPR by the first half, then take it easy. They can play two games in a week ffs (well, maybe Vardy needs a rest, won't play 90 mins though).

Well, there are two schools of thought on this. I, like most others, wanted us to go with an eleven that wouldn't feature in our next league game. However, there is some logic in trying to play us into form, especially when we're trying to implement a certain style of play. With Vardy, it's fair to say he's been out of sorts for the last couple of games so if we could get him firing today, again, that might be advantageous.

However, the risk of injury and the risk of losing to QPR with what is, essentially, most of our current available strongest lineup, is a big one to take.

Well. It will be informative.

QPR are on good form and have a proper manager.

This is our strongest 11 and there is a feeling we’ve been a wee bit unlucky with our fixtures and results vs performances. If that is true, then a team that strong should be able to put away a decent championship outfit. If not, well we are probably as cooked as many of us fear we are.

I'm surprised and pleased to see my team put out its strongest side in an FA Cup match, the FA Cup is ****ing great. I hope we play very well and score a few goals and everyone who's gone goes home happy.

Can’t see a thing on the stream. Can’t they use an orange ball?!
