Early on, we all thought that we had two challenging away games (Norwich and Southampton) coming up.
Didn't EM make a load of changes against Norwich and we were all very surprised and fearing the worst?
Maybe his plan is to change the team around on Tuesday.

Get the points on the board. That is what matters. So long as we win today the pressure (if there ever was any), is totally removed because of the Ipswich/Leeds score.
Maybe he's expecting Ipswich to change their team on Tuesday, after a tough game today. But I'd still expect an Ipswich team with a few changes to be stronger than Rotherham.
